摘要：我国基层林场目前存在林业资源总量不足、人均占有率低以及分布不协调等问题,针对这些问题,中国林科院热带林业实验中心伏波实验场通过生态文明制度创新和治理体系建设加以应对,取得一定的成效。总结并阐述了伏波实验场的应对方式及取得的成效,以期能为基层林场在创新生态文明制度和治理体系建设提供参考,更好地推动生态文明建设。
My country’s grassroots forest farms currently have problems such as insufficient total forest resources,low per capita occupancy,and uncoordinated distribution.In response to these problems,the Fubo Experimental Site of the Tropical Forestry Experimental Center of the Chinese Academy of Forestry has implemented ecological civilization system innovation and governance system construction.Certain results are achieved.This paper describes the response methods and results achieved by Fubo Experimental Farm,in order to provide some reference for the grassroots forest farm in the construction of innovative ecological civilization systems and governance systems,and better promote the construction of ecological civilization.
