摘要:通过正交试验研究pMDI胶黏剂施胶量、单板含水率、热压温度及时间等关键工艺因子对桉木胶合板物理力学性能的影响,并优化热压工艺,最终得到符合高效连续平压胶合板生产线需求的工艺参数。结果表明:当热压压力为0.9 MPa时,胶合板的最佳工艺方案为施胶量50 g/m^(2),热压温度190℃,热压时间40 s/mm,单板含水率16%。为提高生产效率并降低成本,进一步优化工艺,提出并验证了符合连续平压胶合板生产线的优化方案。优化后的生产工艺方案为施胶量40 g/m^(2),热压温度190℃,热压时间25 s/mm,单板含水率16%。采用该工艺生产的胶合板产品的Ⅰ类胶合强度可达1.43 MPa。研究结果可为pMDI胶合板自动化生产提供理论基础和数据支撑。
This study investigated the effects of pMDI resin content,veneer moisture content,hot pressing temperature,and hot-pressing time on the physical and mechanical properties of pMDI eucalyptus plywood based on orthogonal tests.After optimization of the hot-pressing process,the production process which meet the demand of efficient continuous plywood production line was obtained.The results indicated that when the hot pressing pressure is 0.9 MPa,the optimal process program for plywood was 50 g/m^(2) of resin content,190℃of hot pressing temperature,40 s/mm of hot pressing time,and 16%moisture content of veneer.In order to further reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency,the hot-pressing process was further optimized and could meet the actual demand of continuous plywood production line.The hot-pressing process after optimization was as follows:40 g/m^(2) of resin content,190℃of hot-pressing temperature,25 s/mm of hot-pressing time,16%moisture content of veneer.The plywood products produced by this process had a Type I gluing strength up to 1.43 MPa.The results of this study could provide reference for the automated production of pMDI plywood.
