摘要:为完善国内轻型木结构体系,开发推广国产齿板的应用,对三种国产齿板连接节点的极限承载力、单齿承载力、临界滑移刚度、破坏形式以及拉伸过程应变进行了研究。结果表明:国产齿板的延性优于进口齿板,且国产齿刻痕齿板的单齿承载力高于进口齿板;板齿刻痕及边缘齿加长,可提高齿板节点的连接性能。
In order to promote application of domestic truss plate used for light frame wood construction,the authors selected three types of domestic truss plates and an imported truss plate as control to evaluate their ultimate bearing capacity, critical slip stiffness, failure forms, ductility and stress-strain changes in tensile process. The results showed that the ductility of the three domestic truss plates was all superior to the control and that the domestic truss plates with indentation showed the best single-tooth bearing capacity. Indentation or extension fringe tooth could improve connection performance of truss plates.
