摘要:开展3个种源强力班克木的复合微生物菌肥施肥试验,研究不同复合菌肥对强力班克木苗期生长的影响。结果表明:施用复合菌肥条件下,强力班克木苗高、地径生长、生物量和养分积累与对照间存在显著差异,但在不同种源间差异不显著(P<0.05)。施用复合菌肥能显著提高各种源幼苗的苗高和地径生长,与对照相比,苗高生长提高17.4%~30.83%,地径生长提高31.27%~43.27%。施用复合菌肥能显著提高苗木的生物量和N养分积累量,其中菌肥处理的全株干重较对照提高98.77%~116.67%,N养分积累量较对照提高47.31%~85.73%。3种复合菌肥(1号、2号、3号)对苗木生长均有较好的正向促进效应,其中种源38163在施用3号菌肥时生长表现较好,而种源38164在施用1号菌肥时表现较好。
In order to explore effects of microorganism bacterial fertilizer on growth,biomass and nutrient accumulation of seedlings of Banksia robur—a shrub ornamental species from Proteaceae,this study detected seedling growth of three provenances from Queensland,Australia.The results showed that,compared to the contrast treatment,the application of bacterial fertilizer could increase the growth of seedling height with a ratio of 17.4%~30.83%,the ground diameter of 31.27%~43.27%,the whole plant biomass(dry weight)of 98.77%~116.67%,and the nitrogen(N)accumulation of 47.31%~85.73%.Overall,the present study demonstrates that the three microorganism bacterial fertilizer all play a positive effect on the growth of B.robur seedlings.Provenance 38163 had better growth performance when applying No.3 bacterial fertilizer,and provenance 38164 prefers No.1 bacterial fertilizer.
