摘要:使用酶解木质素部分替代苯酚制备热塑性酚醛树脂,然后用自制的酶解木质素基酚醛树脂完全替代普通酚醛树脂制备酶解木质素基酚醛模塑料。通过对酶解木质素基酚醛模塑料的冲击强度、弯曲强度和热形变温度等性能的测试,分析酶解木质素的替代率对酚醛模塑料性能的影响,选出合适的替代率,并对该替代率下的酚醛模塑料进行生物降解性能测试。结果表明:在酶解木质素对苯酚的质量替代率为50%时,得到的酶解木质素基酚醛模塑料各项性能良好,而且生物降解性得到大幅度提高,尤其是对其中生物质的降解率达到90%。
Lignin was successfully used to partly replace phenol preparation of thermoplastic phenolic resin,and then ordinary phenolic resin was entirely replaced by lignin-based phenolic resin to prepare phenolic molding compound. In order to find suitable replacement rate of lignin, the impact strength, bending strength and thermal deformation temperature performance of compound were investigated.The results showed that the performance of compound were well,when the substitution rate was 50%.What was more important that the biodegradability were greatly improved, which of the biomass degradation rate was above 90%.
