摘要:采用阻燃中密度纤维板、玄武岩纤维布、阻燃贴面装饰纸制备了具有阻燃性能的贴面装饰材料,通过锥形量热仪分析了阻燃贴面装饰材料的燃烧性能。结果表明,阻燃贴面装饰材料热释放速率(HRR)和总热释放量(THR)均低于普通贴面装饰材料,玄武岩纤维布的加入使阻燃贴面装饰材料HRR降低明显,平均为94kW/m2。未复合玄武岩纤维的单面和双面阻燃贴面装饰材料生烟速率(SPR)第一个峰值比普通贴面装饰材料分别降低40%和60%,而复合玄武岩纤维的双面阻燃贴面装饰材料降幅达86%。CO和CO2生成速率降幅明显,表明玄武岩纤维的加入对贴面装饰材料燃烧过程中热释放及烟气生成具有抑制作用,提高了贴面装饰材料的阻燃性能。
For improving the fire retardant of melamine faced decorative material, fire retardant - melamine faced decorative materials(FRFDM) were matte by fire retardant medium density fiberboard,basah fiber sheet and fire retardant melamine deco rative paper. Cone calorimeter was used to analyze the combustion performance of FRFDM. Resuhs showed thai HRR and THR of FRFDM were lower than common decorative board, HRR reduced obviously and the average value was 94 kW/m2 for FRFDM which composited with basalt fiber sheet. The first SPR peak of single faced and double faced FRFDM decrease by 40% and 60% , respectively. But after compositing with basalt fiber sheet, the first SPR peak of double faced FRFDM de creased by 86 %. The generation rate of CO and CO2 of FRFDM were significantly decreased. It proved that the addition of basalt fiber sheet suppressed heat release and smoke generation effectively and improved the fire retardant of veneered decorative materials.
