摘要：日本依法形成了一套科学有效且实用性强的森林采伐管理体系,对我国颇有借鉴意义。文中概述了与日本森林采伐相关的法律法规及其条款、依法形成的采伐管理计划体系、申报审批制度和森林采伐的定义及标准,以期为完善我国森林资源采伐管理体系提供参考。
Japan has established a set of science-based,effective and operable forest harvesting management system in line with legal requirements,which may be referable to China.The paper overviewed the law and regulations and the specific terms in relation to forestry harvesting,the harvesting management plan system formed in accordance with legal requirements,application and approval system as well as the definition and standard regarding forest harvesting in Japan.This study is expected to provide references to the forest harvesting management system in China.
