摘要:盐碱地生态修复是当前全球生态研究的重要领域。土壤盐碱化会破坏植物细胞的渗透平衡,减少土壤养分供应,加速植物细胞氧化进程,降低植物抗性,使植物易感病害,还会改变根际微生物的群落格局,从而影响植物根系微环境。植物通过分泌物定向招募目标微生物定殖到根际,这些根际微生物可以保证植物生长所需营养元素的正常供应,同时还会分泌生长素、铁载体等相关代谢产物,改善土壤结构,抑制有害微生物活动,参与构造植物根际新生态,提高植物应对各种生物和非生物胁迫的能力。运用耐盐碱植物—根际微生物修复盐碱地已经逐渐成为改良盐碱土壤、提高盐碱地生态修复稳定性的优选方式。文中总结分析盐碱胁迫下根际微生物在提高植物耐盐碱胁迫能力方面的作用,并跟踪目前对于耐盐碱根际微生物的前沿研究,以期为耐盐碱根际微生物在盐碱地生态修复方面的应用提供参考。
The ecological restoration of saline-alkali land is an important field of global ecological research.Soil salinization can disrupt the osmotic balance of plant cells,reduce the supply of soil nutrients,accelerate the oxidation process of plant cells,reduce plant resistance,make plants susceptible to diseases,and change the community pattern of rhizosphere microorganisms,thus affecting the microenvironment of plant roots.Plants recruit targeted microorganisms to colonize the rhizosphere through secretions.Rhizosphere microorganisms can ensure the normal supply of nutrients required for plant growth,and they also secrete related metabolites such as auxins and siderophores to improve the soil structure,inhibit the activities of harmful microorganisms and participate in the establishment of a new plant rhizosphere ecosystem,thus enhancing the ability of plants to cope with various biotic and abiotic stresses.Using saline-alkali tolerant plants and rhizosphere microorganism to remediate saline-alkali land has gradually become the preferred way to improve the saline-alkali soil and increase ecological restoration stability of saline-alkali land.This paper reviews the effects of rhizosphere microorganisms on improving plant tolerance to saline-alkali stress and tracks the frontier research on saline-alkali tolerant rhizosphere microorganisms,in order to provide references for the application of saline-alkali tolerant rhizosphere microorganisms to the ecological restoration of saline-alkali land.
