摘要:顶果木(Acrocarpus fraxinifolius)作为南亚热带珍贵优良速生用材树种之一,苗期施用氮素对其生长有重要的意义。本研究采用单因素随机设计的盆栽试验,对顶果木苗期采用不同的氮素添加处理的效应进行了研究。结果表明:适量施用氮肥能够有效提高顶果木苗高、地径的生长,增加苗木生物量,且有利于植株对氮素的吸收。不同浓度氮肥对顶果木苗木各生长指标有显著影响,施氮量为6 g/盆时,顶果木苗高、地径、总生物量、全株含氮量表现最佳,分别比对照增加155%、61.7%、438.3%、97.6%,结果同时表明,氮肥施用过多时会对苗木生长产生抑制作用。
Acrocarpus fraxinifolius was a rare fast-growing timber species in tropical areas. Nitrogen supply had an important significance for growth in the seedling period. The effect of different nitrogen supply treatments on seedling stage of A. fraxinifolius was studied by the method of single factor pot experiment. The results showed that appropriate nitrogen fertilization could enhance the seedling height,ground diameter and biomass,as well as the absorption of nitrogen. Different concentrations of nitrogen fertilizer had significant influence on seedling growth indexes. When the amount of nitrogen application was 6 g/pot, the seedling height, ground diameter, total biomass and plant nitrogen content were the optimum, which increased 155%,61.7%,438.3% and 97.6%,respectively,compared to control group. There was the inhibitory effect on seedlings when nitrogen fertilizer was used too much.
