摘要：银杏在徽县种植历史悠久,银杏产业是徽县的特色产业,种植年产值超过1 000多万元。银杏产业的发展,不仅增加农户收入,也改善生态环境。通过调查研究,徽县银杏产业存在主要问题:一是农户种植规模小,增收效益不明显;二是企业发展规模小,产业化程度低;三是企业加工技术水平低,产品附加值有待提高;四是品牌知名度不高,销售辐射范围窄;五是银杏旅游产业发展不足。对此提出对策:一是提升产业组织化水平,促进农民增收;二是培育龙头企业,推动产业升级;三是打造徽县银杏品牌,拓展国内国际市场;四是发展银杏休闲旅游,带动周边产业。
Ginkgo has a long history of cultivation in Hui county .Ginkgo industry is the characteristic industry , which annual output value is more over 10 million yuan .Not only increase farmers’income ,but improve the ec‐ological environment .Through the investigation ,there are existing some problems .Firstly ,small‐scale farmers planting with obscure benefits .Secondly ,enterprise with small‐scale development has a low level of industriali‐zation .Thirdly ,low‐level processing technology of enterprise .Fourthly ,the ginkgo product in Hui county does’t have a high visibility and has a narrow sales .Fifthly ,there are lack of ginkgo tourism development .In response to these problems ,there are some measure proposed .Firstly ,improve farmer’income by enhancing the level of industrial organization .Secondly ,foster leading enterprises and promote industrial upgrading .Thirdly , build the own ginkgo brand of Hui county .Fourthly ,develop the ginkgo leisure tourism to drive industries a‐round .
