摘要:于2018年6月2~5日,在珠海淇澳岛不同林龄的无瓣海桑(Sonneratia opetala)群落区、秋茄(Kandelia obovata)群落区、桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)群落区、无瓣海桑+桐花树群落区、无瓣海桑+木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)群落区、互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)沼泽和光滩中,调查植物的群落特征,采集0~15 cm和15~30 cm深度土样,测定土样的有机碳含量,分析其主要影响因素。研究结果表明,随着林龄的增长,无瓣海桑群落下0~15 cm深度土壤有机碳含量逐渐增大;无瓣海桑+木榄群落下0~30 cm深度土壤有机碳含量最大,秋茄群落区、无瓣海桑+桐花树群落区、15 a林龄的无瓣海桑群落区、10 a林龄的无瓣海桑群落区、桐花树群落区、5 a林龄的无瓣海桑群落区、互花米草沼泽和光滩0~30 cm深度土壤有机碳含量依次减小;在各采样地,随着土壤pH增大,0~30 cm深度土壤有机碳含量减小;随着土壤全氮含量增大,其也增大;总植物密度是影响0~30 cm深度土壤有机碳含量的主要因素。
The community characteristics were investigated in the areas of Sonneratia opetala community with different forest ages, Kandelia obovata community, Sonneratia opetala+Aegiceras corniculatum community,Sonneratia opetala+Bruguiera gymnorrhiza community, and Spartina alterniflora marsh and bare flat in Qi’ao Island, Zhuhai city on June 2 to 5, 2018. Soil samples at depths of 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm were collected and contents of organic carbon in the soils were determined. The main influencing factors were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of organic carbon in soils at depth of 0-15 cm increased in the areas of Sonneratia opetala community with different forest ages. Contents of organic carbon in the soils at 0-30 cm depth in the area of Sonneratia opetala+Bruguiera gymnorrhiza community was the highest, followed by those in the areas of Kandelia obovata community, Sonneratia opetala+Aegiceras corniculatum community, Sonneratia opetala community of 15 years, Sonneratia opetala community of 10 years, Aegiceras corniculatum community, Sonneratia opetala forest of 5 years, Spartina alterniflora marsh and bare flat. The contents of organic carbon in the soils at 0-30 cm depth were negatively correlated with soil pH and positively correlated with total nitrogen content. The results of regression analysis showed that the total vegetation density was the main factor affecting the content of organic carbon in the soil.
