摘要:以7个美洲黑杨半同胞家系的一根一干苗、两根一干苗为材料,对其苗高、地径进行方差分析及遗传参数估算;以性状表现水平分析法对美洲黑杨半同胞家系的苗高、地径进行综合评价,并配合单株选择,筛选优良单株。结果表明:美洲黑杨半同胞家系的苗高、地径遗传变异丰富,家系间差异极显著;各性状家系遗传力变化范围为0.82~0.99,单株遗传力变化范围为0.41~0.79;从7个半同胞家系中筛选出386株优良单株,其苗高遗传增益为17.24%,现实增益为20.98%,选择效果显著。筛选出的优良单株可扩繁形成无性系,以用于区域化试验。
Seven half-sib families of Populus deltoides Marsh.were used as materials,and the variance analysis and genetic parameter estimation of seedling height and ground diameter were carried out.The seedling height and ground diameter of half-sib families of P.deltoides were comprehensively evaluated by the method of trait expression level analysis,and the excellent single plants were selected with the help of single plant selection.The phenotypic variations of seedling height and ground diameter of half-sib families of P.deltoides were abundant,and the differences among families were extremely significant.The heritability of each family varies from 0.82 to 0.99,and the heritability of single plant varies from 0.41 to 0.79.From 7 half-sib families,386 excellent individual plants were selected,and the genetic gain of seedling height was 17.24%,and the actual gain was 20.98%.The selection effect was remarkable.The selected excellent individual plants can be propagated to form clones,which can be further used in regional experiments.
