摘要：介绍了刨花板施胶原理及喷胶头基本结构。为改进喷胶头结构设计,优化刨花板施胶工艺,开展了刨花板施胶用喷胶头雾化实验,分析喷胶头结构尺寸、气相压力、液相压力等因素对刨花板施胶雾化效果的影响,获得最佳雾化效果工艺参数。
This paper introduces the principle of particle board sizing and the basic structure of the glue head.In order to improve the structural design of the spray head and optimize the sizing process of the particle board,the atomization experiment of the spray head of the particle board sizing was carried out,and the structural size,gas pressure and liquid pressure of the spray head were analyzed to smear the atomization effect of the particle board.Influence,obtaining the best atomization effect process parameters.
