摘要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,研究生教育肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命。研究生思想政治教育工作必须坚持“两个确立”,做到“两个维护”。科研院所研究生教育管理人员作为研究生思想政治教育的骨干力量,针对科研院所研究生“两段式”培养的特殊性,通过实践积极探索研究生的思想政治教育培养模式,提出完善研究生思想政治教育工作联通机制和现有评价考核体系、充分发挥培养单位导师和管理部门作用的具体措施,为科研院所培养社会创新性高层次人才起到一定的借鉴作用。
In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,postgraduate education undertakes the important mission of cultivating high-level talents and innovating.The ideological and political education of postgraduates must adhere to the“two establishes”and“two maintenance”.In the view of the particularity of the“two-phases”cultivation mode of postgraduates in scientific research institutes,as the backbone of ideological and political education of postgraduates,the postgraduate education administrators actively explore the ideological and political education cultivating mode of postgraduates through practice,and put forward specific measures in terms of improving the postgraduate student’s linkage mechanism of ideological and political education work and the existing evaluation system,giving full play to the role of research supervisor and postgraduate education department,which play a certain reference role for scientific research institutes to cultivate social innovative high-level talents.
