摘要:采用差示扫描量热法,研究4种常见无机阻燃剂对脲醛树脂(UF)胶固化反应的影响。结果表明:硼酸锌(ZB)大大延长凝胶时间;三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)、磷酸硫酸盐(PSS)和三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)均降低了UF胶的pH值,缩短了凝胶时间,使UF胶的固化起始温度和固化程度降低,制成的中纤板内结合强度(IB)均有不同程度的降低,但仍满足GB/T 11718-2009《中密度纤维板》的要求。
Four inorganic fire retardants, melamine cyanurate (MCA), melamine phosphate (MP), zinc borate (ZB) and phosphate sulfate salt (PSS), were selected to investigate the effects of inorganic fire retardants on curing reaction of urea formaldehyde (UF) resin by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). We found that resin gel time was extended by adding ZB. However, pH resin value decreased by adding MCA, PSS and MP resulting in shortened gel time and lower resin curing start temperature. Medium density fiberboards (MDF) were manufactured with UF resin using the above-mentioned fire retardants. We found that the fire retardant treated MDF samples had lower internal bond strength (IB) than control MDF samples.
