摘要:通过对小胡杨不同林龄叶结构型性状和功能型性状的测定,探究叶性状与林龄的关系,为评价小胡杨在沙漠绿洲的引种表现提供理论依据。结果表明:不同林龄小胡杨叶面积、叶干重、叶干物质含量、叶长宽比、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度存在显著差异,叶面积、叶干重、叶干物质含量、叶长宽比与林龄呈极显著线性正相关(p<0.01),比叶面积与小胡杨林龄之间呈极显著线性负相关(p<0.01),净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度与林龄呈极显著线性正相关(p<0.01)。
Through the determination of leaf structure and functional traits of Populus simonii×P.euphratica at different ages,the relationship between the traits and ages was explored,and a theoretical basis for evaluating the introduction performance of Populus simonii×P.euphratica in desert oases was provided.The results showed that there were significant differences in leaf area,leaf dry weight,leaf dry matter content,leaf aspect ratio,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2)concentration and ages of Populus simonii×P.euphratica.Leaf area,leaf dry weight,leaf dry matter content,leaf length-width ratio were highly significantly linearly correlated with the ages(p<0.01),there was a very significant linear negative correlation between specific leaf area and ages of Populus simonii×P.euphratica(p<0.01),net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and intercellular CO_(2)concentration had a very significant linear positive correlation with ages(p<0.01).
