摘要:生物质热解油酚醛树脂作为一种绿色环保的新型材料,因原料来源广泛、成本低廉且性能优异而在胶粘剂、复合材料、泡沫塑料等领域展现出广阔的应用前景。本文系统总结了生物质热解油的化学成分与理化性质,分析了热解油酚醛树脂的合成原理。研究表明,热解油中酚类和醛类物质的活性较高,替代率可达20wt%~75wt%,显著降低了树脂的生产成本。此外,通过优化合成工艺(如催化剂选择、反应温度控制等),可进一步提升树脂的力学性能、耐热性和环保性。在应用方面,热解油酚醛树脂已成功应用于木竹材胶粘剂、纤维增强复合材料、泡沫塑料等领域,并表现出良好的性能。未来,随着“双碳”战略的推进,热解油酚醛树脂的规模化生产和多功能化改性将成为研究重点,为其在更广泛领域的应用提供支持。
Biomass pyrolysis oil phenolic resin,as a new type of environmentally friendly material,offers broad application prospects in fields such as adhesives,composite materials,and foam plastics due to its abundant raw material sources,low cost,and excellent performance.This paper systematically summarizes the chemical composition and physical and chemical properties of biomass pyrolysis oil and analyzes the synthesis principle of phenolic resin from pyrolysis oil.Research indicates that the phenolic and aldehyde compounds in pyrolysis oil exhibit high reactivity,with substitution rates ranging from 20%to 75%,significantly reducing resin production costs.Additionally,by optimizing synthesis processes(such as catalyst selection and reaction temperature control),the mechanical properties,thermal stability,and environmental friendliness of the resin can be further enhanced.In terms of applications,pyrolysis oil phenolic-aldehyde resins have been successfully applied in wood and bamboo adhesives,fiber-reinforced composites,foam plastics,and other fields,demonstrating good performance.In the future,with the advancement of the“dual carbon”strategy,the large-scale production and multifunctional modification of pyrolysis oil phenolic-aldehyde resins will become research priorities,providing support for the applications in broader fields.
