摘要:在山西省左权县、河南省林州市和四川省广元市,选择11个受云斑天牛Batocera lineolata Chevrolat严重危害的核桃Juglans regia L.林作为试验样地,在云斑天牛幼虫期释放寄生性天敌花绒寄甲Dastarcus helophoroides(Fairmaire)卵和成虫,分别调查和统计天敌释放前后核桃树的被害株率和天牛的株虫口数,计算出花绒寄甲对云斑天牛的防治效果。结果表明:林间释放花绒寄甲卵和成虫对云斑天牛均有良好的控制作用,而且具有显著持续控制的防治效果。在释放花绒寄甲卵的4个试验林中,天敌释放当年的校正株虫口减退率和校正被害株减退率平均值分别为16.16%和25.03%,释放第二年分别为41.96%和35.12%,第三年分别为56.08%和51.37%;在释放花绒寄甲成虫的7个试验林中,天敌释放当年的校正株虫口减退率和校正被害株减退率平均值分别为17.10%和21.01%,释放第二年分别为54.13%和43.63%,第三年分别为63.50%和68.33%。通过对释放花绒寄甲卵和成虫的防治结果进行比较,表明释放花绒寄甲成虫的防治效果要略高于释放卵的林分,但二者差异不显著。
A biocontrol program was carried out by releasing the parasitoid Dastarcus helophoroides for sustainable control of the longhorn beetle Batocera lineolata, an important wood borer in walnut Juglans regia trees Adults and eggs ofD. helophoroides were released at eleven plots located in Zuoquan County of Shanxi Province, Linzhou County of Henan Province and Guangyuan City of Sichuan Province. Control effect was evaluated by two parameters, i.e., number of infested trees and the longhorn beetle larval density. Results showed that releasing eggs and adults could both considerably control the pest populations. At four plots released with the parasitoid eggs, the mean corrected reduction rate of the longhorn beetle larvae per tree was 16.16%, and the mean corrected reduction rate of infested trees was 25.03% in the first year after release; in the second year, they were 54. 1 3% and 43.63%, respectively; and in the third year, they were 56.08% and 51.37%, respectively. At seven plots released with the parasitoid adults, the two parameters were 17.10% and 21.01%, respectively, in the first year after release; 54.13% and 43.63%, respectively, in the second year; 63.50% and 68.33%, respectively, in the third year. The control rendered by the parasitoid adults was not different from that by its eggs, although the former was slightly high as compared with the latter.
