摘要：提取牡丹籽油是木本食用油料资源开发利用的新途径。大力发展油用牡丹产业不仅对于促进地方经济繁荣发展、提高农民收入有重要作用,还对增加我国食用植物油供给具有十分重要的战略意义。文中对牡丹作为我国一种新型的木本食用油料植物的开发利用现状及存在的问题进行概述,并从提高认识、规划布局、科技支撑、基地建设、政策支持和资金投入等几个方面探讨了油用牡丹产业化发展的对策,以期为我国未来油用牡丹产业的平稳快速发展提供参考。
Extracting seed oil from seeds of tree peony is a new approach to develop and utilize the new woody edible oil resources. Vigorous development of the oilseed peony industry not only can promote local economic growth and increase the income of farmers, but also has a very important strategic significance for incrementing the supply of edible oil in China. This paper summarized the development and utilization of oilseed peony as a new woody edible oil plant and the problems faced as well. The industrial development strategy of the oilseed peony was also discussed in terms of awareness raising, planning and layout, technology support, base construction, policy support and fund input. This study was expected to provide references for the steady and rapid development of oilseed peony industry.
