摘要:结合林木容器育苗工艺特点,提出针板式穴盘播种机的设计方案并阐述播种机的工作原理。介绍了气吸式林木穴盘播种机的总体结构,包括种盘振动、种子吸附、投种导向等装置和机构的结构设计及工作原理。播种机构采用针板式复合改良结构,播种导管位置可灵活调节,针式吸嘴可根据种子类型方便更换,多种实用设计大幅度提高了播种机的通用性和工作效率。
Based on the process characteristics of container tree nursery, the design scheme of a needle-plate tray sower is put forward, with its working principle stated. The overall structure of the air-aspiration type forest tree seed type sower is introduced, and the specific structural design and working principle of tray vibration, seed sorption and seeding orientation are introduced in detail. The sower adopts a composite improved needle-plate structure, featuring flexible and adjustable sowing trachea position and convenient replacement of needle-type suction nozzles based on the kinds of seeds. The multiple practical design has considerably improved the versatility and working effective and practical sowing equipment for forestry container nursery efficiency of the sow and it will definitely provide more engineering.
