摘要:This study investigates the concentrations, accumulation patterns, and ecological risks of seven PTEs-arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn)-in soil and bamboo shoot samples from Zhejiang Province. A total of 132 soil samples were collected from a depth of 0 to 20 cm, and 132 bamboo shoot samples of Moso bamboo were collected from the same regions. Soil samples showed higher concentrations and variability of PTEs compared to bamboo shoots, with Pb and Zn at elevated levels in soil, and Cd and Hg indicating risks in some samples. After Bonferroni correction (alpha = 0.00714), positive correlations were significant for Cd (r = 0.556, p < 0.001), Zn (r = 0.359, p < 0.001), and As (r = 0.306, p < 0.001), while Pb (r = 0.205, p = 0.02) and Cu (r = 0.187, p = 0.034) were not, indicating selective uptake in bamboo shoots with higher soil concentrations of these PTEs. Ecological risk assessments showed most soil samples posed low risks for As, Pb, Cr, Cu, and Zn, while Hg and Cd posed moderate to high risks in some samples.
