摘要:山荆子(Malus baccata)是内蒙古重要的乡土树种,常作为苹果(Malus pumila)和花红(Malus asiatica)的优良砧木。近年来,山荆子枝枯病频发,但其病原菌的分类地位尚不明确。本研究在兴安盟采集典型山荆子枝枯病样本,结合形态学特征与多基因片段(ITS、act、rpb2、tef1和tub2)联合系统发育分析,对病原菌进行了鉴定。结果表明,引起兴安盟山荆子枝枯病的病原菌为银川壳囊孢(Cytospora yinchuanensis)。本研究首次报道该菌的有性型阶段,其形态特征属于SII组s3亚组;同时详细描述了其无性型阶段,归属于AII组a6亚组。此外,该物种为内蒙古自治区新纪录种。本研究结果完善了银川壳囊孢的形态学描述,增加其地理分布范围,为壳囊孢属(Cytospora)的分类学研究及山荆子枝枯病的科学防控提供了理论依据。
Malus baccata is an important native tree species in Inner Mongolia and is often used as an excellent rootstock for Malus pumila and Malus asiatica.Recently,shoot blight of wild Malus baccata has occurred frequently:however,the taxonomic status of its pathogenic fungi remains unclear.In this study,typical samples of Malus baccata shoot blight were collected in Xing'an League.The pathogen fungi were identified based on morphological characteristics and multi-locus phylogenetic analysis comprising ITS,act,rpb2,tefl,and tub2 gene regions.The results indicate that the pathogenic fungus responsible for shoot blight of Malus baccata in Xing'an League is Cytospora yinchuanensis.This study reports the sexual morph of Cytospora yinchuanensis for the first time,with its morphological characteristics belonging to the Group SII,subgroup s3.The asexual morph is also described in detail,classified under Group AII,subgroup a6.Additionally,this species is a new record for Inner Mongolia.These findings not only complete the morphological description of Cytospora yinchuanensis but also expand its known geographical distribution,providing a scientific basis for the taxonomy of Cytospora and the control of Malus baccata shoot blight.
