摘要:森林火灾是危害森林健康的主要灾害之一,准确预测森林火险对做好森林火灾预防工作具有重要意义。针对我国森林火险预报缺乏小尺度预报的问题,以MTCLIM模型、WindNinja软件为基础,通过研究森林资源小班气象因子的计算与生成技术,设计并开发了火险天气等级预报模块,实现了森林资源小班火险天气等级的快速预报。试验分析表明,该方法具有易于实现、通用性好等优点,能够及时反映森林资源小班火险天气等级的时空变化,对于提高森林火灾的预防、扑救工作具有良好的指导和参考意义。
Forest fire is one of the major disasters endangering forest heahh, thus the accurate prediction of forest fire danger has great significance for fire prevention. Aiming at the problem of lacking small-scale forecast for forest fire danger grade in China, the paper proposes a new fire weather forecasting method based on the MTCLIM model and the WindNinja software, studies the calculation and generation techniques of forest fire danger factors in sub-compartment, and realizes the fast fire weather forecast for forest sub-compartment. The results showed that this method was easy to implement, of good universality, and can calculate quickly the temporal and spatial variation of the fire danger levels of forest sub- compartments. Thus it has good guidance and reference significance to improve the work of fire fighting and prevention.
