摘要:为了解不同林龄红豆树土壤细菌群落结构及多样性,采用Illumina Miseq测序技术对不同林龄(幼龄林、中龄林、成熟林)的红豆树林的土壤细菌群落进行测定,并结合土壤理化性质进行相关分析。结果表明:(1)3个不同林龄红豆树林土壤样品中共检测到细菌有31个门、96个纲、221个目、531个科、1011个属。优势菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)、Myxococcota和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)。(2)红豆树不同林龄间土壤细菌结构存在一定差异,土壤有效磷、全钾、pH和速效钾是影响细菌群落的主要因子。
In order to explore the soil bacterial community structure of Ormosia hosiei Hemsl.et Wils.plantation in different forest ages(7,20 and 45 a).The correlation between soil physical-chemical properties and dominant bacteria groups was analyzed by using Illumina Miseq sequencing technology.The results showed that:(1)a total of 31 phyla,96 classes,221 orders,531 families and 1011 genera were detected in the soil samples.The dominant bacteria phyla of the three forest ages were:Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,Chloroflexi,Actinobacteria,Planctomycetes,Myxococcota and Bacteroidetes.(2)There are differences in the soil bacteria diversity and community structure of different forest ages O.hosiei plantations,soil available phosphorus,total potassium,pH and available potassium were the main factors affecting soil bacterial community.
