摘要:为揭示红心杉无性系生长性状和材性性状的遗传变异规律,初选一批速生丰产优质的无性系,推进杉木的高阶遗传改良和生产利用,以营建在浙江省开化县林场的24个红心杉无性系为研究对象,采用完全随机区组设计开展生长性状和材性性状测定,解析其变异规律,筛选优良无性系。结果显示:13年生红心杉的平均树高11.49 m、胸径和材积分别为13.52 cm和0.0958 m^(3),木材基本密度和心材比分别为0.2989 g·cm^(-3)和0.55;生长性状的重复力分别为0.858、0.852和0.857,而材性性状的重复力分别为0.500和0.667,说明红心杉无性系整体具有较高的选择潜力。各性状间的相关性较高,其中生长性状的表型和遗传相关均为显著正相关。筛选获得H14、H22、H23、H44和H50等5个无性系的生长一般但材性较好,可作为遗传材料开展材性研究;H11、H3、H10、H30和H49等5个无性系的生长和材性均较好,可以选择优先作为育种材料,其中H11具有良种化的潜力。结果表明:13年生红心杉无性系的生长性状和材性性状遗传变异丰富,无性系的选择潜力较强,筛选获得的优良无性系可为杉木育种提供丰富的遗传材料。
The genetic variation patterns of growth and wood property traits in Cunninghamia lanceolata(red-heart Chinese fir)clones were investigated,with the aim of preliminarily selecting fast-growing,high-yielding,and superior-quality clones to advance higher-generation genetic improvement and utilization.A total of 24 clones preserved in the Kaihua Forest Farm were measured for growth traits,wood properties,and genetic variation.The mean values of growth traits-tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH),and individual volume-were 11.49 m,13.52 cm,and 0.0958 m^(3),respectively,while those of wood property traits-wood density and heartwood ratio-were 0.2989 g/cm^(3)and 0.55,respectively.The repeatabilities of growth traits were 0.858,0.852,and 0.857,whereas those of wood property traits were 0.500 and 0.667,indicating substantial selection potential for genetic improvement in red-heart Chinese fir clones.Strong correlations were detected among traits,with both phenotypic and genetic correlations of growth traits showing significant positive associations.Clones H14,H22,H23,H44,and H50 showed relatively modest growth but superior wood properties,suggesting their suitability as materials for wood property research.Clones H11,H3,H10,H30,and H49 demonstrated both superior growth and wood properties,and are recommended as priority candidates for breeding,among which H11 possesses strong potential for cultivar development.In conclusion,the 13-year-old red-heart Chinese fir clones displayed abundant genetic variation in growth and wood properties,strong selection potential.Moreover,the identified elite clones provide valuable genetic resources for the breeding of C.lanceolata.
