摘要:为研究内蒙古西部地区沙棘的生理生态特征,利用LI-6400光合仪对6个沙棘品种的光合日变化进行测定与分析。结果表明:沙棘的Pn具有明显的日变化,多为"双峰"曲线,在13:00出现不同程度的光合"午休"现象;根据Pn,Ci与Ls的变化方向,推测深秋红、辽阜1号光合午休的主要原因是非气孔因素,海滨沙棘、白丘主要是受气孔因素影响。因此,深秋红的水分利用效率高于其他沙棘品种,更能适应当地的环境。
In order to study the physiological and ecological characteristics of Hippophae rhamnoides L. diurnal changes of photosynthetic characteristics of six Hippophae rhamnoides L. were monitored using portable LI-6400 Photosynthesis System.The results were summarized as follows: Photosynthetic rate had obvious diurnal change, with bimodal pattern and an obvious midday depression at 13:00 o'clock, based on the tendency of changes in Pn, Ci, Ls, we speculated that the midday depression in Shengqiuhong, Liaofu 1 was controlled by non-stomatal factor, and it was controlled by stomatal factor in other cultivars, the water use efficiency of Shengqiuhong was higher than that of Hippophae rhamnoides L. Therefore, Shengqiuhong can adapt to the local environment.
