摘要:利用2-丙烯酰氨基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸(AMPS)和四羟甲基氯化磷(THPC),合成接枝共聚物聚四羟甲基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸磷基酰胺乙烯(HPSA),作为多官能团大分子结构改性剂,用于脲醛(UF)树脂合成。结果表明,HPSA被成功合成并接枝到UF树脂交联结构中,且改性后的HPSA-UF树脂更易固化;压制的刨花板,氧指数值比未改性对照试板提高近31%,甲醛释放量降低,静曲强度和内结合强度明显提高,达到GB/T 4897-2015《刨花板》P1型产品的性能指标要求。
In this study, graft copolymer tetrakis hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-l-propyl sulfonate and phosphorylamide ethylene(HPSA) was synthesized by 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-l-propanesulfonic acid(AMPS) and tetramethylolpropane chloride(THPC). HPSA was grafted in synthesizing of urea formaldehyde(UF) resin with low F/U molar ratio. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) results showed that the grafted HPSA-UF was successfully synthesized. Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis also indicated that the grafted HPSA-UF was easier to cure. Particleboard samples were made with the control UF, grafted HPSA-UF and mixed HPSA/UF resin, respectively, and properties of the samples were evaluated and compared. The particleboard made with grafted HPSA-UF resin showed the best performance like oxygen index, modulus of rupture as well as internal bond strength(IB) with the lowest formaldehyde emissions.
