摘要:通过浸渍法制备了Re_(x)Ru@C双金属催化剂,并使用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其结构和组成进行了表征。表征结果说明:Re和Ru在载体表面均匀分布,而且催化剂中含有大量的Re的氧化物。考察了催化剂用量、Re/Ru摩尔比、反应温度、H_(2)压力及反应时间等反应条件对催化硬脂酸加氢反应性能的影响。研究结果表明:Re/Ru为0.25∶1(Re_(0.25)Ru@C催化剂)时,在催化剂用量30%、反应温度140℃、H_(2)压力3 MPa及反应时间4 h时,Re_(x)Ru@C催化硬脂酸加氢反应的转化率达到100%,而且十七烷(C_(17))和十八烷(C_(18))的选择性达到99%。由于循环使用后的催化剂中Re的氧化物减少以及部分Ru被氧化而导致催化剂活性降低,使用5次后,Re_(x)Ru@C催化硬脂酸的转化率为97.91%,加氢产物主要为十八醇(C_(18)-OH)。
The RexRu@C bimetallic catalyst was synthesized via the impregnation method,and its structure and composition were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Re and Ru were homogeneously distributed over the support surface.The effect of catalyst dosage,Re/Ru molar ratio,reaction temperature,H_(2) pressure,and reaction time on the performance of catalytic hydrogenation of stearic acid was investigated.The results showed that Re_(0.25)Ru@C at the reaction temperature of 140℃,H_(2) pressure of 3 MPa and reaction time of 4 h,the conversion rate of the catalytic hydrogenation of stearic acid reached 100%,and the selectivity of heptadecane(C_(17))and octadecane(C_(18))reached 99%.The catalyst activity decreased after recycling owing to the reduced rhenium oxide species and partial oxidation of Ru.After 5 cycles,the stearic acid conversion over Re_(x)Ru@C remained at 97.91%,with stearyl alcohol(C_(18)-OH)as the predominant hydrogenation product.
