摘要:研究了麻竹开花过程中植株不同部位N、P、K、Ca、Mg等营养元素含量及其变化。结果表明:在麻竹开花过程中,各种营养元素在植株不同部位的含量分别表现为:N,枝>秆>叶;P,叶>枝≥秆;K,未开花及开花前期为叶>枝>秆,开花盛期为枝>叶>秆;Ca,未开花及开花盛期为叶>秆>枝,开花前期为叶>枝>秆;Mg,叶>枝>秆。营养元素在植株同一部位的变化规律表现为:N在枝、秆、叶中的含量均为先降低再升高;P在枝、秆中含量逐渐升高、在叶中含量逐渐减少;K在枝、秆中含量先降低后升高、在叶中含量逐渐减少;Ca在枝中含量先升高再降低、在秆中含量逐渐减少、在叶中含量逐渐升高;Mg在枝和秆中含量先升高再降低、在叶中含量逐渐降低。研究结果可为竹子开花机理研究提供参考。
The contents of N,P,K,Ca and Mg in Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro and their change before and after flowering were studied. The results showed that the contents of the 5 nutrient elements in different organs of the plant during the flowering process could be ordered as branch stem leaf for N,leaf branch stem for P,leaf branch stem for K before flowering and at early stage of flowering but branch leaf stem at the full flowering time,leaf stem branch for Ca before the flowering and at the full flowering time but leaf branch stem at the early stage of flowering,and leaf 〉branch〉stem for Mg. The changes of nutrient elements in the same organ of this plant was revealed as:( 1) The content of N in leaf,branch and stem decreases first and then increase;( 2) The content of P in branch and stem gradually falls while its content in leaf gradually goes up;( 3) The content of K falls first and then goes up in branch and stem but gradually goes down in leaf;( 4) The content of Ca increases first and then decreases in branch,gradually goes down in stem but gradually goes up in leaf; and( 5) the content of Mg increases first and then shrinks in branch and stem but gradually falls in leaf. The research results could provide references to the study of the flowering mechanism of bamboo.
