摘要：回顾了我国森林经理的发展历程,分析了目前森林经理发展中存在的问题和原因,探讨了新时期森林经理的地位和作用,提出重振森林经理、促进森林科学经营的建议。主要结论为:我国森林经理经历了曲折的发展过程,目前存在诸多方面的问题,面临被弱化的局面。其原因主要是我国长期忽视森林经营以及森林经理定位不准,技术落后等。新时期,应采取提高认识,转变观念,健全森林经营的法律法规,健全机构,理顺职能,理顺学科关系,加强森林生态系统经营实践,完善森林经营理论,加强科学研究,提高创新能力,加强人才培养等对策。
This paper introduced history of forest management development in China, and analyzed problems and reason in current forest management development. The position and role of forest management in the next period were discussed. The suggestions to flourish forest management and promote scientific forest management were put forward. The main results as follows： Forest management in China went through devious development road and has many problems at present. It confronted situation of being weaken. The main reason for this is that forest management was neglected in China for a long time, its orientation was inaccurate and its techniques were backward. In the next period, improving cognition, changing idea, perfecting laws and rules, adjusting institution and its function, clearing discipline relation, enhancing practice of forest ecosystem management to advance forest management theory, strengthening science research to improve innovation ability, enhancing forestry education, etc.
