摘要:实心竹为刚竹属水竹组竹种,竹笋品质佳,立竹存在2种干形(全实心、基部实心),其变异机制尚不清楚。对不同径级的实心竹竹干形态、器官生物量分配及实心竹干碳组分质量分数进行了调查分析。结果表明:(1)随着立竹地径的增大,实心竹基部实心干形所占比例逐渐增大,20 mm以下地径时,两种干形所占比例各占50%,20 mm以上地径时,全部为基部实心立竹干形,且基部实心干形的空心部位随着地径的增大而逐渐降低;(2)实心竹竹干实心情况对竹干形态和器官生物量分配有重要影响,全实心立竹的相对枝下高、相对全高显著大于基部实心立竹,而干节数、平均节间长、扁圆率2种干形立竹间无显著差异。全实心立竹各器官相对生物量和相对总生物量均显著大于基部实心立竹;(3)全实心、基部实心立竹的实心部位竹干的结构性、非结构性碳水化合物质量分数均无明显差异。实心竹2种立竹干形的形成与径级有着密切关系,是资源分配权衡的结果,受笋芽萌发生长过程中的“后天”影响,可能主要受碳的供给限制,而且一定径级范围内实心干形立竹可能是实心竹林分优先保障生长的对象。
Phyllostachys heteroclada f. solida is a bamboo species of the Sect. Heterocladae, withgood quality of bamboo shoots. P. heteroclada f. solida has two culm types(full solid and base solid), and the variation mechanism is still unclear. The P. heteroclada f. solida stalk shape, organ biomass distribution and carbon content of different diameter classes were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that:(1)With the increase of the diameter of P. heteroclada f. solida, the proportion of base solid stalksgradually increased. When the ground diameter is less than 20 mm, the proportion of the two culms each accounted for 50%;when the ground diameter is more than 20 mm, they are all base solid stalks, and the hollow part gradually decreases with the increase of the ground diameter.(2)The solid state of P. heteroclada f. solida stalks has an important influence on the culm shape and the biomass distribution of organs. The relative under-branch height and relative total height of the full solid bamboo were significantly larger than the base solid bamboo, but there was no significant difference between the culm node number, average internode length, and oblate rate. The relative biomass and relative total biomass of all organs of the full solid bamboo were significantly larger than the base solidbamboo.(3)There was no significant difference in the content of structural and non-structural carbohydrates in the solid part of the full solid and base solid bamboo culm. The formation of the two bamboo stalk types of P. heteroclada f. solida is closely related to the diameter class, which is the result of the balance of resource allocation. Affected by the “acquired” during the germination and growth of bamboo shoots, it may be mainly limited by the supply of carbon.
