摘要:以铁皮石斛为研究对象,研究了9种不同基质对其生长特性的影响。结果表明:各基质对铁皮石斛筛苗阶段的成活率、株高、茎长、茎粗及生物量的影响达到显著差异。其中以花生壳为主体的基质是铁皮石斛幼苗生长期除茎粗之外的最优基质,茎粗则以马尾松树皮为基质时最优,混合基质(马尾松皮、花生壳、马占相思树皮等体积混合)次之。以全水苔种植为基质时其成活率最低,杂交桉树皮和柚木树皮为基质时株高生长表现最差。就生物量而言,混合基质栽培苗的茎干质量等于花生壳基质,两者同为0.04 g·株-1。而包含根系和叶片在内的总鲜质量和总干质重混合基质却优于花生壳基质栽培苗,尾叶桉树皮基质处理最低。隶属函数综合评价可知在铁皮石斛苗期(筛苗)培育中,应优先考虑混合基质。
The effects of different growing media on growth ofDendrobium o fficinale Kimura et Migo seedlings were studied in this paper.The results showed that: it was significantly different among the survival rate, plant height, stem length, stem diameter and biomass of D.officinale seedling where grew in 9 different media.Peanut shells was the optimal media in D.officinale growing seedlings stage, except stem diameter with Pinus massoniana bark, and mixed media which mixed with an equal volume of pine bark, peanut shells and Acacia mangium bark followed. There was the lowest survival rate when it cultivated in sphagnum and the worst performance on height growth cultivated in hybrid Eucalyptus bark and Teak bark. The mixed media was better than peanut shell sin terms of the total fresh weight and total dry weight which contain root and leaf but the same with stem weight, and E.urophylla bark was lowest. The mixed media has priority according to comprehensive evaluation of membership function.
