摘要：日本1990年提出发展3R型社会的基本方针,旨在通过节省资源(Reduce)、废旧产品再使用(Reuse)、废弃物再资源化(Recyc le),实现资源的循环利用,并且已经取得了很大的进展,积累了很多成功的经验。文中介绍了日本木材资源循环利用的相关法律法规、政策措施、主要技术指标和评价体系,对我国构建节约型社会具有借鉴意义。
The basic principle of establishing 3R society （reduce, reuse, and recycle） was put forward in Japan in 1990 to realize the recycled use of resources. Much progress has been made, and lots of successful experiences were accumulated. Japanese laws and regulations, policies, main technique indicators and evaluation system related to recycled use of wood resources were discussed, which would be great beneficial to Chinag establishment of economical society.
