摘要:NAA、2,4-D、ABT4号、浓硫酸处理构树种子时,发芽率、发芽势、平均发芽时间、发芽速率系数等发芽指标明显优于清水对照处理,温度和光照是构树发芽过程中非常重要的因素,温度是构树萌芽的决定因子,光照决定了苗木的健壮程度。在干热河谷地区的构树育苗可用小拱棚搭建苗床,以提高种子发芽率和成苗率。
With the disposal of NAA,2,4-D, ABT 4 and 98% sulphuric acid,The indexs of Broussonetia papyrifera seeds, eg. Germination percentage, germination energy and average germination time, are better than those of comparison. During the germinating process, temperature and light are very important factors. Tempera- ture is the deciding factor of germination and light makes the strong seedling. To raise germination percentage and get healthy seeding of Broussonetia papyrifera , the fine cultivating technique is to put plastic shelter in the arid and hot valley.
