摘要:【目的】了解不同平茬处理梭梭Haloxylon ammodendron的光合特性、水分利用效率(WUE)及其存在的差异,有助于理解不同平茬处理梭梭对环境的适应策略,为干旱区灌木的抚育管理提供一定的理论依据,对干旱区的生态恢复具有重要意义。【方法】利用Li-6800便携式光合仪测定了不同光强下不同平茬处理梭梭(0%、25%、50%、75%)的光响应曲线,分析了不同平茬梭梭的水分利用效率。【结果】光合有效辐射在0~2000μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)范围内,不同平茬梭梭净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均随着光合有效辐射的增强而增加,胞间CO_(2)浓度随着光合有效辐射的增强呈下降趋势。光合有效辐射大于600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时,净光合速率值均表现为留茬75%>留茬0%>留茬25%>留茬50%>未平茬,差异显著(P<0.05)。留茬75%的光饱和速率(Amax)、光补偿点最高,留茬25%表观量子效率最大、光补偿点最小。光合有效辐射小于600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),不同平茬梭梭水分利用效率增加迅速,大于600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时,随着光强的增强,继续缓慢上升。留茬25%通过降低蒸腾速率而提高水分利用效率,不同平茬梭梭水分利用效率表现为留茬25%>留茬75%>留茬50%>未平茬>留茬0%。【结论】留茬25%水分利用效率最高,梭梭平茬抚育管理以留茬25%最为合适。本研究反映出对梭梭进行不同程度平茬后,在干旱环境下形成了自身的抗旱机制及水分调节策略。
【Objective】Understanding the photosynthetic characteristics,water use efficiency(WUE)and their differences of Haloxylon ammodendron under different stubble treatments is helpful to understand the adaptation strategies of Haloxylon ammodendron to the environment under different stubble treatments.It provides a theoretical basis for the tending management of shrubs in arid areas and is of great significance for ecological restoration in arid areas.【Method】The light response curves of Haloxylon ammodendron(0%,25%,50%,75%)under different light intensities were measured by Li-6800 portable photosynthesis instrument,and water use efficiency of different stubble Haloxylon ammodendron were analyzed.【Result】In the range of photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)0-2000μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of different stubble Haloxylon ammodendron increased with the increase of photosynthetically active radiation,and the intercellular CO_(2) concentration decreased with the increase of photosynthetically active radiation.When photosynthetically active radiation was greater than 600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the net photosynthetic rate values showed stubble 75%>stubble 0%>stubble 25%>stubble 50%>no stubble,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The light saturation rate(Amax)and light compensation point(LCP)of stubble 75%were the highest,the apparent quantum efficiency(AQY)of stubble 25%was the highest.When the photosynthetically active radiation was less than 600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the water use efficiency of different stubble Haloxylon ammodendron increased rapidly.When it was greater than 600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),it continued to rise slowly with the increase of light intensity.Stubble 25%increased water use efficiency by reducing transpiration rate.The water use efficiency of different stubble Haloxylon ammodendron was stubble 25%>stubble 75%>stubble 50%>no stubble>stubble 0%.【Conclusion】The water use efficiency of stubble 25%is the highest.The most suitable management of Haloxylon ammodendron is stubble 25%.This study reflects that after different degrees of stubble of Haloxylon ammodendron,its own drought resistance mechanism and water regulation strategy are formed in arid environment.
