摘要：利用8个米老排(Mytilaria laosensis Lecomte)种源82株优势木自由授粉种子及其一年生苗木,开展了种子表型变异和苗期生长性状变异的研究。结果表明,米老排种子表型性状与苗木生长性状存在明显的种源差异。种子表型性状与苗木生长性状显著相关,种重与苗高显著正相关;种长与叶重、茎重、全株湿重显著正相关;种宽与苗高、地径、茎重、全株鲜重显著负相关;依据苗木生长性状聚类分析结果,将8个种源分为3类:第一类靖西、容县,为生长优势种源;第二类龙州、那坡、凭祥、德保,为生长中速种源;第三类东兴、上思,为生长较差种源。
The seedling provenances trial of Mytilaria laosensis Lecomte containing the free pollination seeds and annual seedlings of eight provenances （82 dominant trees） was conducted. The results showed that, there were obvious provenance differences between seed phenotypic traits and seedling growth characteristics,seeds phenotypic traits was significantly associat-ed with seedling growth traits,seed weight was positively correlated to seedling height; Seed length was positively correlated to leaf weight,stem weight and seedling weight;Seed width was negatively correlated to seedling height, ground diameter,stem weight and seedling weight. According to cluster analysis on seedling growth traits Jingxi and Rongxian were districted as sys-tem cluster and tentatively selected as superior provenances;Longzhou,Napo,Pingxiang,Debao were districted as system cluster and selected as middle-growing provenances; Dongxing and Shangsi were districted as system cluster and selected as poor-growing provenances.
