摘要:为了研究文冠果油作为生物柴油原料的可行性,分析了文冠果油的理化指标和脂肪酸组成,并以文冠果油为原料通过酯交换法制备生物柴油,测定了生物柴油质量指标。结果表明,文冠果油的酸值、碘值(I)、皂化值(KOH)、密度(20oC)分别为0.3%、113g/100g、176mg/g、0.893g/cm^3;文冠果油由13种脂肪酸组成,其中C16-C18含量超过75%;所制备的生物柴油质量(除90%回收温度稍高2℃外)符合《柴油机燃料调合用生物柴油(BD100)》标准。文冠果油适合用于制备生物柴油。
The physicochemical and fatty acid compositions of Xanthoceras sorblfolia Bunge seed oil were analyzed to study the feasibility of preparing biodiesel. Moreover, the quality indexes of biodiesel prepared from the Xanthoceras sorblfolia Bunge seed oil by transesterification were analyzed. The results showed that the fatty acid content, iodine value, saponification value( KOH), density (20 ℃ ) of Xanthoceras sorblfolia Bunge seed oil was 0. 3%, 113 g/100 g, 176 mg/g and 0. 893 g/cm^3,respectively;the oil was composed of 13 kinds of fatty acids with the content of C16 - C18 more than 75% ;the quality indexes of the biodiesel met the standard of GB/T 20828 - 2007 except that the recovery temperature of 90% was 2 ℃ higher. The Xanthoceras sorblfolia Bunge seed oil was suitable to be the material of preparing biodiesel.
