摘要:采用环氧丙烯酸单酯(EAAME)对端羧基聚酰胺树脂(CTPA)进行改性,进而与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)极性单体进行自由基接枝聚合,中和成盐,制备了水分散型聚酰胺树脂乳液(WPAE)。通过考察目标产物黏度、吸水率、粒径、机械稳定性、表面张力研究了多个因素对WPAE性能的影响,并通过IR对各中间体及目标产物进行了表征。结果表明:当固含量为20%,油酸二聚酸(ODA)和乙二胺(EDA)的物质的量比1.2∶1,2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和CTPA质量比为2∶1时,制备的WPAE黏度14.3 mPa.s(25℃),吸水率60.9%,粒径12.291μm,表面张力43.6 MN/m,机械稳定性好。
Carboxyl-terminated polyamide(CTPA) was modified by the epoxy acrylic acid mono ester(EAAME) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid(AMPS) monomers grafted copolymer.Polyamide resin emulsion was obtained by means of salt-formation from neutralization.The structure of the intermediates and the target product were characterized by FT-IR.Some of factors on the properties of polyamide resin emulsion such as viscosity,water adsorptions,particle size,stability and surface tension were investigated.The results showed that the objective materials were successfully synthesized.When the solid content was 20 %,the molar ratio of ODA to EDA 1.2∶1,the mass ratio of AMPS to CTPA 2∶1,the viscosity,water absorption ratio,particle size and surface tension of the polyamide resin were 14.3 mPa·s(25 ℃),60.9 %,12.291 μm,and 43.6 MN/m respectively,showing good optimal properties.
