摘要:通过对温室和野生状态下半日花内源激素在劈裂植株与未劈裂植株各组织中的对比,研究了内源激素对半日花劈裂生长过程的影响。结果表明:(1)在野生植株中,半日花未劈裂植株除根系外各组织ABA含量均高于劈裂植株,而IAA含量则相反。在根部和劈裂部位积累的IAA在劈裂生长过程中影响细胞的伸长生长。劈裂发生部位和根系中GA3含量未劈裂植株明显高于劈裂植株,数值可达到两倍。ZR含量未劈裂植株根系中含量最多,而在劈裂植株中茎部和劈裂发生部位的ZR含量增加,说明劈裂的植株ZR会向茎部及劈裂发生部位转移。(2)温室内植株,茎部IAA和ABA含量虽年龄增加而增加,GA3和ZR含量无显著变化。(3)温室劈裂植株与野外劈裂植株比较,劈裂部位ABA含量二者无显著差异,温室植株IAA含量根部含量最大,而野生植株叶片含量最大。GA3含量在二者各组织内无显著差异,ZR含量在野生劈裂植株的茎部和劈裂发生部位最大,其余组织中无明显差异。
In this study we did a research by comparing the endogenous hormones in different organizations of splitting Helianthemum songaricum and unsplitting Helianthemum songaricum from the greenhouse to the wild state. The results show that:( 1) In the wild plants,except in the root,the content of ABA in the unsplitting plant tissues was higher than the splitting ones,while IAA was on the contrary. Accumulations of IAA in the roots and splitting site had an effect on the cell elongation growth process. The content of GA3 in the splitting part and root of the unsplitting plants was significantly higher than that of splitting ones,numerical value reached two times. The content of ZR in root of the splitting plants was the highest,while in the stem and splitting site of the splitting plants it increased. It shows that ZR could transfer to stem and splitting site in the splitting plants.( 2)In the greenhouse plants,the contents of IAA and ABA were arising while the age increased the contents of GA3 and ZR had no significant changes.( 3) The content of ABA had no significant differences in the splitting site between the plants in greenhouse and in field. The content of IAA in root of the plants in greenhouse was the highest,while it in leaf of the plants in the field was the highest. There were no significant differences in the content of GA3. The contents of ZR in stem and splitting site of the field plants were the highest,and there were no significant differences in other tissues.
