摘要:用蔗糖聚醚(SPEPO)接枝C12-14烷基缩水甘油醚(1214GE),合成了对环氧树脂和石油沥青具有两亲性的接枝共聚物(SPEPO-g-1214GE),并用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR和13C-NMR)对产物进行了表征,并考察了SPE-PO-g-1214GE对4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)固化的环氧沥青材料的增容作用。根据Nielson模型,动态热力学分析(DMA)显示SPEPO-g-1214GE的加入,能够增加共混物中环氧树脂相与沥青相之间的界面层厚度。与没有增容的体系相比,30℃时固化物的储能模量增大20%。增容共混物的拉伸强度和冲击强度都要高于未增容的共混物。SPEPO-g-1214GE的添加量为4%(质量分数,下同)时,固化物的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度达到最大值。扫描电镜(SEM)表明,SPEPO-g-1214GE含量在0%~4%时,环氧沥青固化物的分散相尺寸减小依赖于SPEPO-g-1214GE的含量增加。
Sucrose polyether polyol (SPEPO) grafted with C12-14 alkyl glycidyl ether (1214GE) copolymers (SPEPO-g-1214GE),as a compatibilizer for epoxy-asphalt composites cured by 4,4-diphenylmethane (DDM),was synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) And the compatibilization in epoxy-asphalt blends of these copolymers were studied.According to the Nielson model,DMA results indicate that SPEPO-g-1214GE increases the thickness of the interface between epoxy matrix and the asphalt phase.The modulus of the composites enhances 20% compared to the composites in which no compatibilization is added.Tensile strength and impact strength of the blends presented for SPEPO-g-1214GE are higher than that of the blends in which no compatibilizer is attempted.The blend with 4% SPEPO-g-1214GE results in the best performance in tensile strength and impact strength.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) reveals that higher content of SPEPO-g-1214GE in the epoxy asphalt composite results in smaller phase size of the blends corresponding to the samples containing 0%~4% SPEPO-g-1214GE.
