摘要：近年来,新疆生产建设兵团积极落实《中国生多样性保护战略与行动计划》的具体行动,在野生动植物物种保育方面做出了巨大努力,取得了重大成就,切实保护了兵团垦区及周边的生物多样性资源。本文分析了兵团生物多样性概况,总结评估了兵团在生物多样性保护方面采取的自然保护地建设、生态工程实施、科普宣传等措施及取得的成效,提出了加强法制建设、开展生物多样性监测、提高公众保护意识等保护对策和建议。
In recent years,Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)actively implemented the strategy and action plan on the protection of biodiversity in China,has made great efforts in Wildlife species conservation and made great achievements.In this paper,the biodiversity profile of XPCC was analyzed.The measures taken by XPCC and their achievements were summarized and evaluated in the protection of biodiversity,such as the construction of natural protection areas,the implementation of ecological engineering,and the popularization of science.Finally,the paper puts forward some protection countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening legislative construction,cariying out biodiversity monitoring and researching,Setting Strategic Objectives and raising public awareness of protection.It is expected to provide theoretical basis for the future work of the corps in formulating plans for the protection and sustainable utilization of biodiversity in regional ecosystems,as well as management decisions,so as to effectively deal with new problems and challenges in biodiversity conservation.
