摘要:以桐马酸酐——C22三元酸单甲酯(MEMAA)为原料,采用复分解反应合成了桐酸基C22三元酸钙盐(TOTC),并利用FTIR表征其结构。通过刚果红法和热老化烘箱法考察了亚磷酸三苯酯(TPP)﹑季戊四醇(PER)、β-二酮(DT)对桐酸基C22三元酸钙/硬脂酸锌体系初期着色性及热稳定性的影响,在此基础上通过正交实验完成了桐酸基C22三元酸钙锌复合热稳定剂体系的配方优化设计。结果表明:TOTC、ZnSt2、DT、TPP、PER的质量比为48∶12∶2∶5∶10时,钙锌复合热稳定剂体系热稳定性最佳。在100g PVC/40g DOP体系中加入最佳配方条件下的桐酸基C22三元酸钙锌复合热稳定剂3g,185℃下静态热稳定时间可达50min,热稳定性优于部分国内市售产品,与德国熊牌钙锌复合热稳定剂相当。
Calcium carboxylates of tung oil C22 triacid (TOTC) were prepared by double decomposition reaction of C22 triacid monomethyl ester (MEMAA).Its structure was confirmed by FTIR.The influence of the initial dyeing property and heat stability of TOTC-ZnSt2 system upon doping TPP,PER,DT were studied by the congo-red test and heat aging test.On that basis,the best formula of tung acid-based ~2 triacid Ca-Zn composite stabilizer was obtained by orthogonal intersection tests.The results showed that tung acid-based C22 triacid Ca-Zn composite stabilizers have the best heat stability when m(TOTC) ∶ m(ZnSt2) ∶ m(DT) ∶ m(TPP) ∶ m(PER)=48 ∶ 12 ∶ 2 ∶ 5 ∶ 10.When 3 g tung acid-based C22 triacid Ca-(Z)n composite stabilizer made by the optimum formula was added to the 100 g PVC/40 g DOP,it static thermal stability time could last for 50 min at 185 ℃.Compared with some commercially available products,it showed better static thermal stability,even similar to that of Bear brand calcium-zinc composite stabilizer from Germany.
