摘要:在近自然栽培模式下,从多糖、氨基酸和矿质元素含量等方面探讨5种宿主树种对齿瓣石斛茎条营养成分的影响。结果表明:不同宿主树种遮荫所形成的小环境因子存在较大差异,各营养成分含量与环境因子呈现出较为明显的相关性,其中,氨基酸总量、大量矿质元素含量受环境因子影响较大,与所测环境因子均呈极显著相关,氨基酸总量与温度、湿度、光照入射率相关系数分别为-0.847、0.806、-0.867,大量矿质元素含量与温度、湿度、光照入射率相关系数分别为-0.979、0.992、-0.987。这一研究提示,宿主树种造成的小环境因子及宿主本身成分的差异,造成了齿瓣石斛茎条石斛多糖、游离氨基酸和微量矿质元素等营养成分含量存在较大差异;在生长季节,随着温度的降低、湿度的增加及光照的减少,齿瓣石斛营养成分含量呈增加的趋势。
Dendrobium devonianum nutrient was studied in the mode of near-natural cultivation to explore the key factors on the active ingredient accumulation.Dendrobium polysaccharides,amino acids and mineral elements were determined to analyze their differences between Dendrobiumstems collected in 5host tree species.The small environmental factors formed by the shade of tree species were different.There were significant correlations between nutrient contents(TAA,total amino acids;macroelement)and environmental factors(temperature,humidity,light incidence rate).The correlation coefficients of TAA and temperature,humidity and light incidence rate were-0.847(P〈0.01),0.806(P〈0.01),-0.867(P〈0.01).The correlation coefficients of macroelement and temperature,humidity and light incidence rate were-0.979(P〈0.01),0.992(P〈0.01),-0.987(P〈0.01).Differences of microenvironment and components of tree species contributed to nutrient differences.The nutrient contents showed an increasing trend in growing season with the temperature decrease,humidity increase and light reduction.
