摘要:干旱区土地沙化问题日趋严重,对区域生态安全造成严重威胁。沙旱生灌木是干旱区优势树种,在遏制土地荒漠化和改善沙化地区生态环境方面发挥着不可替代的作用。研究沙区适生灌木树种的抗旱机理,归纳沙旱生灌木对干旱胁迫的适应特征,对荒漠化防治、生态环境建设具有重要意义。文中从株高、生物量、叶形、气孔等生长形态方面总结干旱胁迫对沙旱生灌木的影响,从渗透调节、抗氧化调节、光合作用等生理过程概述沙旱生灌木对干旱胁迫的响应特征,归纳了沙旱生植物响应干旱胁迫的机制,提出抗旱锻炼、化学调控、微生物调控及生长剂调控等提高抗旱性的途径,并对未来沙旱生灌木耐旱研究的方向进行展望,以期为沙旱生灌木的耐旱研究提供参考。
The desertification in arid areas is becoming more and more serious,which imposes a serious threat to regional ecological security.As the dominant species in arid areas,xerophyte plays an irreplaceable role in controlling desertification and improving the ecological environment in sandy areas.It is of great significance for desertification control and ecological environment improvement to study the drought-resistant mechanism of suitable desert shrub species and summarize their adaptation characteristics.In this paper,the effects of drought stress on xerophytic desert shrubs are summarized in terms of plant height,biomass,leaf shape and stomata.The response characteristics of xerophytic desert shrubs to drought stress are concluded from the aspects of osmotic regulation,antioxidant regulation and photosynthesis,and the response mechanism is also summed up.The pathways to improve drought resistance are put forward including drought resistance training,chemical regulation,microbial regulation and growth agent regulation,and the future direction of the research on xerophytic desert shrubs is also discussed,which is expected to provide a reference for the study of drought tolerance of xerophytic desert shrubs.
