摘要:为进一步区分11个分离自不同地理分布的5种中国兰属植物的共生菌根真菌菌株,该文结合各菌株的传统形态学特征,对菌丝隔膜超微结构进行了观察,并将其鉴定为无性态的瘤菌根菌属真菌。鉴定结果表明,瘤菌根菌是可与中国兰属植物形成菌根结构的最普遍的菌根真菌种类。
For the more thorough classification of 11 mycorrhizal strains which were isolated from 5 Cymbidium species distributed in different sites,the characteristics of dolipore septum ultrastructure were observed associated with their conventional morphology characteristics.All stains were identified as the anamorphic genera—Epulorhiza.The results of identification suggest that Epulorhiza might be the most general species which could develop symbiosis relationship with Cymbidium.
