摘要:蒙古高原地处东北亚腹地,生态环境脆弱,干旱时有发生。开展区域长时间序列干旱程度监测是掌握该区干旱发生发展及演变特点,全面分析干旱发生成因等方面的研究基础。本研究基于蒙古高原范围内1981-2018年AVHRR-PathFinder和MODIS数据集,通过构建Ts-NDVI通用特征空间,获取TVDI反演模型,对1981-2018年月度TVDI和年度TVDI进行反演,生成1981-2018年蒙古高原干旱程度月度和年度监测数据集。数据集基于1991-2012年内蒙古自治区实测10cm土壤含水量站点数据进行验证,结果表明,TVDI与土壤含水量的相关性均在0.55以上,这说明TVDI能够反映该区土壤水分状况变化趋势,作为干旱评价指标有一定的合理性。数据集显示,干旱主要发生在高原的南部、中部及东部,高原北部及西北部不发生干旱或极少发生干旱。1981-2018年间,干旱程度总体呈现加剧趋势,发生干旱的面积总体也呈现增加趋势,且年内不同月份的干旱程度及范围也有所不同。本数据集可为蒙古高原干旱监测及驱动机制等方面的研究提供有效的数据支撑。
The Mongolian Plateau,located in the hinterland of Northeast Asia,is ecologically fragile and prone to frequent droughts.Long-term monitoring of drought severity is the basis for understanding the characteristics of drought occurrence,development and evolution,as well as analyzing the causes of drought occurrence in the region.Based on the AVHRR-PathFinder and MODIS datasets on the Mongolian Plateau from 1981 to 2018,this study utilizes the Ts-NDVI general feature to derive the TVDI inversion model.Monthly and annual TVDI data from 1981 to 2018 were then retrieved,resulting in a dataset of drought degree monitoring on the Mongolian Plateau.The dataset was verified using the measured 10-cm soil moisture data of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 1991 to 2012.The results showed a correlation of 0.55 between TVDI and soil moisture,indicating that TVDI effectively reflects soil moisture changes in this region and is a reasonable drought evaluation index.The dataset reveals that droughts primarily occurs in the southern,central and eastern parts of the plateau,while the northern and northwest regions experience little to no droughts.From 1981 to 2018,both the drought severity and the affected areas showed an increasing trend,with variation in drought severity and extend across different months of the year.This dataset provides effective data support for the research on drought monitoring and its driving mechanism on the Mongolian Plateau.
