摘要:探究不同平茬处理梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)的光合特性、水分利用效率(WUE)及其存在的差异,有助于理解不同平茬处理梭梭对环境的适应策略,对极端干旱区的生态恢复具有重要意义。利用Li-6800便携式光合仪测定不同光强、不同留茬高度梭梭(60、90、120 cm)的光响应曲线,分析不同留茬高度梭梭的光合特性和水分利用效率。结果表明,在光合有效辐射(PAR)0~2000μmol/(m^(2)·s)内,不同留茬高度梭梭净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度变化趋势相似,均随着光合有效辐射(PAR)的增强而增加,胞间CO_(2)浓度呈下降趋势。不同留茬高度梭梭净光合速率均值表现为春季>夏季>秋季,差异显著(P<0.05)。春、夏、秋季,净光合速率均值为留茬90 cm>留茬60 cm>留茬120 cm>未平茬。当光合有效辐射(PAR)为2000μmol/(m^(2)·s)时,没有达到光饱和点。不同留茬高度梭梭春季的水分利用效率最大。不同季节留茬120 cm梭梭水分利用效率最低,留茬90 cm水分利用效率最高。本研究反映出对梭梭进行不同程度平茬后,在干旱环境下形成自身的抗旱机制及水分调节策略。建议对梭梭固沙林的平茬抚育管理以留茬90 cm最为合适。
Understanding the photosynthetic characteristics,water use efficiency(WUE)and their differences of Haloxylon ammodendron under different flat stubble treatments is helpful to understand the adaptation strategies of H.ammodendron to the environment under different flat stubble treatments,which is of great significance to the ecological restoration in extremely arid areas.The light response curves of H.ammodendron with different stubble heights(60,90,120 cm)under different light intensities were measured by Li-6800 portable photosynthesis instrument,and the photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of H.ammodendron with different stubble heights were analyzed.The results showed that in the range of photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)0-2000μmol/(m^(2)·s),the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of H.ammodendron at different stubble heights had similar trends,which increased with the increase of photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),and the intercellular CO_(2) concentration decreased.The average net photosynthetic rate of H.ammodendron at different stubble heights was spring>summer>autumn,and the difference was significant(stubble 90 cm>stubble 60 cm>stubble 120 cm>no stubble).When photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)was 2000μmol/(m^(2)·s),the light saturation point was not reached.The water use efficiency of H.ammodendron with different stubble heights was the highest in spring.In different seasons,the water use efficiency of 120 cm stubble was the lowest,and the water use efficiency of 90 cm stubble was the highest.These patterns suggest that varying stump heights shape drought-resistance mechanisms and water-regulation strategies in H.ammodendron under arid conditions.
