摘要：在经济全球化的大背景下,在参考我国先后出台的相关政策文件的基础上[1-7],梳理了政府鼓励优势企业走出去的对外投资产业导向政策、对外合作经济扶持政策、对外合作专项资金支持政策、私营企业对外投资鼓励政策和境外企业森林可持续经营指南等政策要点,展现了中国林业企业对外合作的大好发展机遇,将推动境外企业了解和用好国家政策,促进中国林业对外经济合作的可持续发展。
With the great backdrop of the global economy, based on the policy documents such as which had successively been come on by Chinese government. The policy outlined to encourage Chinese preponderance company go out such as the guidance policy of investment industry in external country, support policy and special capital policy in external economic cooperation encouraging policy to the privately owned company in external investment cooperation and guide policy on forest sustainable management in foreign country for Chinese forestry company, which had met the very good development opportunity exhibited in the external cooperation were coordinated in this paper, and this will impel Chinese company in foreign country know and use these country policies in order to promote the sustainable development of external Chinese forestry economic cooperation.
