摘要：植物组织培养是研究植物生长和分化规律的重要手段,植物组织培养是在人工控制条件下培养外植体再生器官或植株的技术,可以在不受植株体其它部分干扰下研究被培养部分生长和分化的规律,并可以利用各种培养条件影响它们的发育进程。而植物花粉培养在单倍体育种上具有重要意义。该文在此基础上综述了国内外植物花粉培养研究进展,系统的介绍了花粉培养的意义、影响花粉培养效率的诸多因素及当前花粉培养存在的问题与展望。
Plant tissue culture which was defined as a technique that explants be capable of forming organs or whole plants using artificial culture under certain conditions is one of the important methods for revealing basic principle of plant growth and differentiation. Tissue culture technique make it possible to study growth and differentiation law of given tissue or organ without the impact of plant and other organs, and to change growth process using various culture conditions. The significance of pollen culture in haploid breeding has been well known, so this paper discussed the process of plants pollens culture.In this paper, domestic and owere systematically introduced, and broad prospects and existing problems of pollen culture were discussed.
