摘要:为完善我国人造板及其制品甲醛释放量的检测标准,减少木制品对外贸易纠纷,开发了模拟居住环境的30m3气候室设备。主要介绍气候室设备的原理与结构,并阐述实现气候室温、湿度精度控制的方法。经测试,气候室的温、湿度控制精度达到现行国外标准EN 717-1:2004和ASTM E 1333-96(2002)的要求。
For accurate evaluation of formaldehyde emission from wood-based panels, wood products, and wood furniture, a large climate chamber simulated a living environment with a volume of 30 m3 was developed. The principle theory and structural design of the climate chamber were presented. The test results showed that the accuracy for temperature and relative humidity reached the requirements of the current foreign standards EN 717-1.2004 and ASTM E 1333-96.
